Each year, we split the first commissions fifty-fifty, until you make $2900 and the company makes $2900. After that, you keep 100% of every commission you make for the rest of the year. To cover our costs, a transaction fee of $128 is deducted out of each check. We also deduct the city tax on the commission ($5.80 per $1,000).
